1. How do I place an order?
Simply choose your magnet style, upload your photo(s), and add the item to your cart. Once you check out, we’ll take care of the rest.

2. What type of photos work best?
High-resolution photos (at least 1000x1000 pixels) produce the best results. Low-resolution or blurry images may result in lower print quality.

3. Can I use photos from my phone?
Yes! Photos taken with modern smartphones usually work great. Just make sure they are clear, bright, and not cropped too tightly.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

5. Do you offer local drop-offs?

 Yes! If your shipping address is in Parker or Palo Pinto County, the Local Drop-Off option will appear automatically at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days to your porch, mailbox, or designated spot, and you’ll receive a delivery confirmation once it’s dropped off.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.

7. Can I return my order?
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

8. What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at SMILE@STICAPIC.COM within 7 days of receiving your order, and include photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

9. Do you edit my photos before printing?
We do light adjustments for sizing and cropping to make sure your magnet looks its best, but we don’t do heavy photo editing or retouching.

10. Can I order magnets in bulk for events or gifts?
Yes! If you’d like to place a bulk order (e.g., weddings, parties, or business events), please email us at SMILE@STICAPIC.COM for a custom quote.
