Magnet Booth Packages

Bring the fun of custom photo magnets to your event! We’ll set up on-site and print magnets instantly for your guests to take home as keepsakes. Perfect for weddings, parties, corporate events, and more.

1. Unlimited Magnet Package (Event Photos Only)
Guests receive unlimited custom magnets printed on-site during the event.
I’ll be there taking pictures (or guests can AirDrop/text theirs from the event), and I can handle about 75 guests per hour.

  • 1 hour – $200 ($200/hour)
  • 2 hours – $300 ($150/hour)
  • 3 hours – $375 ($125/hour)
  • 4 hours – $400 ($100/hour)

Please note: This package is for event photos only—not for printing personal or pre-submitted photos.

I usually recommend the Unlimited Magnet Package for weddings so every guest can take home as many keepsakes as they want without worrying about extra costs. It keeps the line moving and makes the magnet booth a fun experience for everyone!

2. Sponsored First Magnet
You (the host or sponsor) cover the first magnet for each guest, and they can purchase extras if they'd like:

  • up to 100 magnets: $200
  • 101–200 magnets: $300
  • 201–300 magnets: $400
  • 301+ magnets: $500

A custom event or business logo can be added to each magnet design at no extra charge—it's a great way to promote your brand while giving guests a fun keepsake.

3. Vendor Setup Option
I set up a booth for a flat $30, and guests can purchase magnets individually at my standard pricing:

  • 1 magnet – $5
  • 3 magnets – $10
  • 6 magnets – $20
  • 9 magnets – $25

4. Small Party Package (Perfect for Girls’ Nights, Birthdays, & Craft Nights 🎉)💲 $100 flat rate

Hosting a cozy get-together with less than 25 people? This package is designed just for you!

  • Up to 2 hours of printing
  • I’ll take photos or guests can send theirs in (AirDrop/text)
  • Each guest gets up to 3 magnets included
  • Extra magnets available for purchase at standard pricing
  • Guests can be part of the whole magnet-making experience—jump in on the process from pressing to cutting if they’d like!

This option is more affordable than the full event setup but still gives your guests the fun of instant photo keepsakes. It’s perfect for adding a creative, interactive twist to a smaller gathering while keeping the vibe fun and personal.
